		<description>i did this run on the sand yesterday - santa monica pier to  a little before venice pier and back - and loved it. i usually run on the bike path, but running on the sand during the late afternoon on sunday was great. good to know it was a 5 mile or so run...that is how i found your post, i had googled distance between s m pier and venice pier. as it happens i also need to get adjusted, esp in the left SI region.</description>
